I founded Improved Image Consulting Services (IICS) in 2003, on the realization that most image consulting programs were missing crucial elements: the essence of the person, interpersonal skills and their lifestyle. Cosmetic makeovers are being done, social etiquette taught and personality enhancement instilled, but I understood that while these were excellent trans­formations, the experience of complete transformation was not yet introduced. I became inspired to develop a series of exclusive and exciting programs.
