Q: Who attends Improved Image’s Annual Industry Event and how can I get on the mailing list?

A: Improved Image’s annual industry event, is the meeting ground for the elite, orchestrated in honor of our clients, resources, and contributors. Fashion and Entertainment Professionals, Press, Media, Celebrities, Politicians, CEO’s, NYC socialites and many more make their appearances to celebrate. Our events are all exclusive, invitation-only and are not open to the public. Please email a press kit, media kit, portfolio, headshot/ comp card, personal profile or company profile to events@improvedimage.com for mailing list inclusion. Celebrity management firms, talent agents, publicists, press, media, modeling agencies, photographers, and other industry professionals are always welcome to contact us for additional accommodations and with proposals.

Q: I am interested in a consultation, or would like an estimate, what is my next step?

Visit our Contact Us page or call 646.354.8586, to schedule an appointment for your initial consultation. We offer four service options. Your options are Image Consulting, Lifestyle Consulting, Event Planning/ Management and No Fee Consulting.

Q: What are my Payment options?

A: Payment is due in advance to Improved Image Consulting Services. All major credit cards are preferred. Invoices or Receipts are provided for each transaction.



Q: What will we discuss during the initial consultation and how much of my time will it require?

A: The initial consultation requires between 1 and 2 hours. During the Initial Consultation, the client and consultant will establish a harmonious professional relationship, aimed at productively working together towards achieving a common goal. Secondly, the consultant will discuss your goals or service needs in order to have a very clear understanding of which services best fits your needs. Finally, the consultant will listen, take notes and begin to create a customized program or course of action.

Q: Discretion and Confidentiality are crucial, how can you assure me that services will remain completely confidential?

A : We assure you that our client’s privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance, we use discretion when discussing services to anyone associated with the consulting process. During the initial consultation we will decide whether IICS will be representing/consulting you publicly or confidentially. Celebrity management firms, fashion and entertainment professionals routinely turn to us for personalized and confidential services. The resources we have assembled are widely respected, and are another reason business or private clients return to us.

Q: Who do you typically provide Image & Lifestyle Consulting services to?

A : The majority of our client base is involved in industries that persona, presentation and interpersonal skills are key elements of their success. We frequently consult and advise: businesses, entrepreneurs, celebrities, entertainers, photographers, models, actors, artists, investment bankers, lawyers, accountants, doctors, computer programmers, IT Specialists, senior managers, editors, reporters, diplomats, politicians, independently wealthy individuals, housewives, students and so forth. Our consultants have no limitation to age, gender, race, color, creed, profession, sexual orientation and lifestyle. We are dedicated to providing our clients with superb services at the best prices; in result we have earned our clients’ loyalty.

Q: Who do you typically provide Event Planning / Management services to?

A : Our typical client is seeking an unforgettable experience in more ways than one; our clients seek a personal touch. Club owners seeking to build popularity and public awareness to their venue or organize weekly attractions to their venue hire us. Established promoters or businesses that require a consultant to re-establish positioning in the market hire us. Event planners and special events coordinators seeking an events management team outsource us. Entrepreneurs with the desire to make additional income hire us. Businesses seeking to launch a grand opening, anniversary party or social event hire us. Lastly, individuals seeking to entertain their friends and business associates hire us. Our consultants have no limitation to age, gender, race, color, sexual orientation or lifestyle.

Q: Does your company provide references?

A: We most certainly do. References will be provided after the initial consultation upon your request.

Q: Does the Company have a portfolio of Before & After Pictures ?

A: Like other industry professionals, we do keep a portfolio of Before & After Photos and testimonials for your review. Keep in mind that our services are provided on a client-by-client basis to meet your specific goals.

Q: Once I become a client, how long after will we schedule our first session?

A: Your first meeting will be scheduled at your consultant’s earliest availability to work with you towards achieving your goals.

Q: I am located outside of NYC, how can we schedule a consultation or session?

A: The initial consultation for clients outside New York City is conducted over the telephone or in person at a New York City location or office. For clients outside of NYC, there is a travel time fee of $35/hr plus reasonable expenses.

Q: What if I need to cancel a scheduled session?

A: Cancellations are acceptable once, because things do happen. Your payment will be applied to reserve your next scheduled session. However, if you cancel a scheduled session more than once you will be responsible for the lost time of the consultant and will not be reimbursed.

Q: What are the differences between Consulting Options?

A:
After the Initial Consultation, if you have not yet decided, the consultant will make recommendations and provide you with your options based on your goals and the service option you have chosen.

Retainer Basis: Improved Image and either a company or individual can agree to a monthly or annual fee for a consultant to be available for work for an agreed-upon number of hours.

16 hours of Image or Lifestyle Consulting Services: is the most exclusive and achieves the fastest results. Your consultant would provide you with either Image or Lifestyle Consulting for a total of 16 hours.

8 hours of Image Consulting or Lifestyle Consulting Services: Provides 8 hours of rapid Image or Lifestyle Consulting. A complete makeover that will reveal a more desirable, impressive, powerful, respectable or stylish new persona that will attract your desires and ambitions.

Hourly Consulting: Hourly Consulting is used to calculate our fee for a specific service listed on our service menu, that requires less than our standard 8 or 16 hour sessions or with existing clients that require additional services.

Event Planning/ Management: We provide prospective clients with three payment options, which is decided beforehand. Choices include: Retainer Basis, Flat Fee or Project Fee. Please inquire to exchange the details of creating a successful event together.

Complimentary Mini Group Training: is offered to businesses, organizations, non-for profits, schools and other groups of achievement orientated individuals seeking informative and instructional training. We provide a wide range of speakers to choose from.

No Fee Consulting: Improved Image makes an impact on local communities through its unique approach to the consulting process and voluntary efforts.

Confidence building, motivation, career planning, networking skills, image preparation and guidance for entering the competitive business world are some of the methods we provide that will prepare our youth for their future. The value of personal consulting, encouragement and mentoring by consultants with the expertise in personal and interpersonal development skills provides a positive difference when helping our youth attain their full potential, conquer their dreams and reach their goals. We believe in our youth and we care. That is why we offer No Fee Consulting to groups of young adults between the ages of 12 and 23. Charities, college institutions, schools and non- profit organizations can also be considered for No Fee Consulting.

Q: What are the most important factors involved in determining the duration of consulting services?

A: The most important factor that inevitably determines the duration of services is you. How fast you take to consulting, how quickly you take the actions you and the consultant deem necessary and the nature of your goals will influence how long consulting will take to achieve your goals.

Q: What if I am dissatisfied with the service?

A: Ultimately you decide when the service begins and when it ends. If at any time during the consulting process or service being provided, you find that you are not satisfied, we strongly suggest that you communicate your dissatisfaction to your consultant and client services in order to provide you with the service you deserve or discontinue service immediately. We encourage your feedback and input at all times.
