Improved Image Consulting Services makes an impact on local communities through its unique approach to the consulting process and voluntary efforts.

Our Lead Program Director, Vanessa O’ Dea, initiated this voluntary service relating to the ever-changing workplace and other personal challenges. With little resources and funding, we understand empowering our youth with staying power becomes increasingly difficult especially for young adults entering the workplace for the first time and adults re-entering into society and the fast-paced workplace. Our interpersonal and personalized development programs assist in preparing for the challenges ahead.

Participants look and become what they have always believed is their full potential, yet never found it to be available to them. Confidence building, motivation, career planning, networking skills, image preparation and guidance for entering the competitive business world are some of the methods we provide that will prepare our youth for their future.

The value of personal consulting and mentoring by consultants with the expertise in developing personal and interpersonal skills provides a positive difference when helping our youth attain their full potential, conquer their dreams and reach their goals.

Improved Image Consulting Services makes an impact by offering No Fee Consulting to groups of young adults between the ages of 12 and 23. Charities, college institutions, public schools, non-profit organizations, rehabilitation programs will be also be considered for No Fee Consulting at no cost through our voluntary contribution to the community.
